The trip fee per participant is €1900 + flight ticket from Vilnius to Dusseldorf. It covers transportation, hotels, and breakfast offered at the hotel. You will have to buy lunch and dinner per your preferences. As of March 1, 2025 the flight ticket price from Vilnius to Dusseldorf and the total trip fee will be confirmed. Considering the limited places, only the first 49 participants will be accepted.
The trip will start at the Vilnius International Airport, where participants will be taken after the award ceremony and will end at the Paris CDG Airport.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Full refunds are given for cancellations made by April 1, 2025 . None of the fees will be refunded for trips cancelled after April 1, 2025 due to advance payments made to transportation companies and hotels.
Each bus will have at least one VILIPO representative to lead the group. The transportation company will provide an experienced guide to help the participants during the trip.
